very nice hotel although our room was on the small side. the shared bathroom( 2 on our floor) were only shared between 4 rooms, not the whole floor. there were no breakfast included but the hotel served complimentary coffee/tea and muffins every morning that you could bring up to your room. over all a good stay!
Restaurant Tip:
Have a picnic in nearby Yerba Buena!

The front desk staff was terrific and overall I enjoyed my stay. I don't require a lot of sleep and the noise from the street and people in other rooms did limit my sleep to about 4-5 hours each night. So close to everything SanFranciso at a reasonable price.

Hotel is in a very good location right beside Union Square and the BART. As for the room, bed was comfortable enough, but bathroom was small. The walls are also a bit thin, but it was not something that really bothered us. Complimentary muffins and coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Would stay here again!

absolutely perfect location, near the bart line, shopping district (union square)and very near to chinatown. there are some nice restaurants, pubs and clubs around as well. hotel was very comfortable - the bed and toilet, my only gripe is the sink, which is too small.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Drop at Powell Street station at the BART, and exit to Market Street.

No frills stay and good value for money. The service is good. It would have been better if there was a table for working purposes, instead of a sofa with a swivel tabletop attached.
Travel tip:
Everything you need to be comfortable, but don't expect too much if you are travelling on business.

Cosy feeling when I first entered the hotel. Though the room is slightly small, the location is great. It is just within walking distance to the shopping district. It is also just opposite the Moscone Convention Centre, hence is ideal for business associates who are there to attend conferences/ seminar but prefer a less costly accomodation.
Hotel staff is friendly when we enquired abt transportation to the airport, reservations were made for us on the spot without extra charges. The muffins served during breakfast are delicious with a variety of coffee selection coupled with English breakfast tea

if you are a business traveler and stay short, it's good choice because the hotel is located in the center of the downtown.
however, the room is too small and you can do nothing in the room. it smells in the room as well.
