The room was clean and the staff was polite and knowledgeable
We had no hot water, and we could hear everything beside, below, and above us.... and I mean everything!
We choose this hotel for the location and we decided previously that all we needed was a bed and shower... That a mistake we were not in our room often but when we were in the room, we had no hot water and we could hear everything was was going on around us. The hotel was also difficult to find on foot and in a car, the location once we did find it was great though.

This hotel is not near downtown. You can take a taxi, of course, but you cannot walk to downtown.
