Renovated in 2007, the 1930�s Art Deco boutique hotel has 158 stylishly-designed guestrooms and is located in the lively University District. The Hotel Deca is just ten minutes from downtown Seattle. Located in the University District, it is also within walking distance from the University of Washington. Originally opened in 1931, the hotel had a $2 million renovation in 2007. To compliment the building�s Art Deco architecture, the hotel has new furnishings, carpeting and art work, as well as a wine bar in the lobby. The hip onsite restaurant provides guests with an internationally-inspired menu. The four-star luxury hotel provides guests with very stylish accommodation that is close to the university.

The windows are not solid (missing isolation) and howl therefore by strong blasts of wind.

Apart from the negative moment we expirienced with the window, I would redommend this hotel to everyone at any time who wishes to travel to Seattle. Next time I’ve to travel to Seattle I will first check this hotel for available rooms. The atmosphere was very pleasant and so were the employees too.
