excellent location, good service.
careless receptionist, hotel somewhat expensive
The hotel is located close to the convention center and key downtown areas. I found the standard features of the all the high-star hotels here as well. They have In-room spa service, and provide complementary drinks at specific times. The receptionists were not very professional because they did not calculate the room charges correctly, otherwise the stay was quite convenient.Overall, my stay was quite pleasant.
