rooms looked into by next-door hotel or overlook highway The hotel offers an expected experience for a budget hotel with few frills. The location is convenient for cars but a few walking blocks from any walkable shopping/eating areas as it is right on the highway. I would only stay here at the discounted rate we received.

The view was not that good. I went to Seattle to farewell 2008 and greet 2009 and I stayed here on Dec. 30 2008. It was near Seattle Center and was easy to get to space needle where the fantastic firework was presented. Besides, the staff were great and they reacted to my request quickly. There was swimming pool and other nice facilities and the parking lot was huge. Especially the breakfast was fantastic! I really liked this hotel and it was nice decision to stay here for the las day of 2008.

-proximity to Space Needle and Pacific Centre
-very friendly staff
-good service
-free parking -feels old and dirty
-dirty carpets
-not the nicest neighbourhood The hotel is within walking distance of the Space Needle and the monorain that takes you straight into the centre of Seattle. You can also walk downtown but it takes about 15-20 minutes but it's a very nice walk.
The staff is very friendly and always helpful (all of them). Free parking. Breakfast is OK but not very healthy. The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation. The carpets are dirty and need to be changed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very nice to start the visit by going up to the top of the Space Needle and see all of Seattle from above. Helps with the orientation and is fun!
