Hotel location was fantastic and definitely within walking distance to the pier. The room was very nice, clean, updated and easily met all expectations. Staff was friendly and provided map/directions of the area in spite of arriving at a relatively late hour. The free wireless internet worked well and was a great additional amenity, although it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Although only in town for a conference for a couple of days in mid-October, this hotel surpassed all traveling needs. Don't hesitate to stay here, especially when compared to similarly priced hotels in the area.

I found the staff very helpful and curtious. The hotel is well placed with lots of top attractions just a short ride away. There is good shopping and many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Pikes Place Market is about 5 blocks away and I felt safe walking there on my own even at night. I think The Ramada Downtown is a good choice for money.

Area around lifts in parking garage a bit scruffy and cigarette bin overflowing and smelly.
My room was very small but ok for myself for one night.
- Restaurant Tip : Try the little seafood eateries like Joe's fish and chips opposite Pikes Market. I't doesn't look much but the fish, prawns or scallops and chips are great!

I was quite pleasantly surprised to find a hotel of this quality for the price. The property had recently been updated and was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. I was particularly impressed by the nonsmoking floors. There was no smoke odor in the hotel. I also appreciated the easy access from the street and the efficient elevators.
Centrally located, clean, freshly painted, reasonably priced. Comfortable room.
