The staff going overboard to make sure that those who arrived very early 7-10 a.m. were able to get a room as soon as possible. Check in was 3 p.m.
Housekeeping had not informed maintenance of a broken toilet paper holder arm. Once Front Desk was notified though, the maintenance was right on the problem.
Also, 2 people in the room and only 1 bathrobe provided.
I was EXTREMELY surprised at the elegance of this hotel. I was expectecting much less quality for the money spent. It was almost as if we were in a secluded little cove off of Puget Sound. Wonderful and a quiet elegance that will have us booking Red Lion again!
Restaurant Tip : Check the desk in the room BEFORE placing anything on it. We found a discount coupon to Tully's next door as we were checking out.
