great location, cheapest hotel in the area, short walk to bus drop from airport, friendly staff, close to seattle convention center

very few amenities (it's cheap, so I didn't expect much though), across the street from a strip club

Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was great for what we needed (a place to stay between convention days). Staff was remarkably friendly, it's equal distance between the space needle and the convention center. Surrounded by great places to eat if you're willing to walk a bit.

Central location. Big, clean rooms. Decent restaurant and bar on-site.

Noisy corridors. No WiFi in the rooms. Poor WiFi connection in bar and lobby.

The best value for money I've ever had in any downtown hotel in the US! Within walking distance from the business district (and Greyhound station), spotless and yet rather cheap. Good find! There is no WiFi in the rooms, but Internet can be accessed through an Ethernet connection. This is nice, but it means people using smartphones will not be able to access it.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A couple blocks south, don't miss the Seattle Public Library, designed by Rem Koolhaas. Take advantage of the free WiFi and check your emails in style in the heart of this architectural gem (oh, and they have books, too).

Very near to town Nice, big comfy bed with many pillows Good service

I pretty much like this hotel

The location of Sixth Ave Inn Hotel is very good. It is only 5 min walk to the busy and bustling part of town. In addition, it is conveniently located near the bus service that brought us to seattle from vancouver. The receptionists were very hospitable and helpful, and even had a good sense of humor too

Restaurant Tip : There's this restaurant that is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel which serves really good food, albeit a little expensive. I cant remember the name of the restaurant, but it is easily identifiable because it has many red lamps in the restaurant.
