Free shuttle to cruise ship.
Nice pool.
Clean rooms.
Good Area.
It would have been nice with free
breakfast or coffee.
I did not have any problem using Agoda. The hotel had the information. The room was already paid before I arrived. The hotel was within walking distance ( a good long walk ) to a supermarket and downtown area with trolly, aquairium, and other tourist areas. Across the street from a short river walk. Our room overlooked the river and could watch boats going up and down the river.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We felt safe walking the area during the daytime to reach tourist attractions near the cruise terminal.

Overall, I think it is a good place to stay. Hotel's location is good and has bus stop (and the Trolley) near by. And it has free shuttle to port and airport. but it would be better if it has free breakfast. Recommend it!

Computer and printer in lobby for customers to use. Shuttle service was excellent.
My room 1005 was never cleaned by the maid. We left about 11 AM and returned at 4 PM, my room had not been cleaned. I call the front desk and was told no one was there to clean it at that time. They sent two clean towels to the room but no washclothes, after 2 hours I called the front desk again and received washclothes within an hour. Do not plan on returning to this hotel.
I was not satisfied with the room because I received no maid service - dirty bed, bathroom and no clean towels in my room.
