Quiet, spacious rooms. Easy links to town
Lack of concierge service - front desk people didn't always seem very eager to offer ideas as to what to see/do as a tourist in the city
Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Room was spacious, bathroom (no bath, just a shower) was large and clean. Had a small kitchen area which was very handy. The bed was very comfortable, which is always important for a tourist traveling between cities and/or after a transatlantic flight.
One downside was that I didn't feel the hotel offered a concierge service, by which I mean a person whose position it was to really offer tourist information assistance. I did not manage to do my "homework" before I arrived in DC (due to work/university commitements) and on the first morning asked at the front desk if I could get some very brief overview of museums/highlights to see in DC. The girl I asked frowned when I asked the question (OK, I do appreciate there are MANY museums in DC) and I just felt as if I was asking "too much".
I suppose if I go to DC again, I will make sure next time I do do my "homework" and all in all - I will be happy to stay at the Carlyle suites again.
Shopping Tip : The small kitchen area in the room is very useful. Make sure you ask at the front desk for a "Safeway discount card" before you go to a nearby Safeway to buy your groceries - can save you a bit of money

Men who support during the check-in, aware of the document is difficult to see my lower back, they lent me a quick talk in a low position, is very impressive for me to answer questions properly Good. In addition, they cleaned the room in good, he had left me to wash dishes washed up tired. The rooms have microwave, refrigerator, dishes, knives, etc. There is also a solid safety deposit box.

In addition, they cleaned the room in good, he had left me to wash dishes washed up tired. The rooms have microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and works as a knife, some safety deposit box firm. Also equipped with wireless LAN was very comfortable. In the quiet residential Town house,出歩Keru in peace at night. 10 minutes walk from the station. 'm Open to nearly 24 at Safeway, there also convenience stores, many restaurants Dyuponsakuru Station. From the so-called tourist attraction but a few stations, was calm place to stay. In addition, it also popular with locals from Georgetown. In that sense I think DC is exploring various parts of the place for you.
Nightlife Tip : The nearest station is located near restaurants and cafes are open till late at night, has also gathered many locals after work. And also very quiet residential area near, I feel very safe place at night, and I spend a rich nightlife.

Reception Reserve agile as announced and waited Area Location and room availability kitchen in the room rate
Taxi service much more expensive than the market average tourist information available
We made the reservation without further prior information and relying on the options presented by the portal Agoda find upon arrival that the reservation and prepayment totally agreed with what was agreed and that the room was just as the photos showed her kitchen and included as you provide us with breakfast. The Hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to embassies and subway station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Ciclovia Georgetown to Alexandria, biking around town

Shuttle bus driver, front man, friendly staff and (I is not too good at English,) here are many of the staff of the colored people, not open one's mouth and talking very fast talk like a native American It is easy
The bar is a little higher
Airport hotel previously stayed in the neighborhood, which is very unfriendly to the head in front of women, is this price with a good breakfast is comfortable with all the hospitality, transit and think it is more wonderful is OTOKU Of course, I'm afraid it's worth to use it for short stay
