We stayed for 2 nights, everything was very good, used the washing machine and dryer, Doorman/Bell man, was very helpful and friendly - the ladies in the little shop, also where very friendly and helpful, I need change for the washing machine,
receptoin staff, also very friendly
Shopping Tip : Walk down to Macy's, if not American, take your passport and find the customer service counter and get a futher 10 - 15% off! it a great place to shop
