room service is a joke
decor is ridiculous From they way they present themselves, I expected more of a full-service hotel experience. The staff was not very accommodating. The decor is almost laughable. The theme is "be your own celebrity" or something like that. It's a total joke. There's nothing high-class about this hotel unless you consider a flat-screen TV a real amenity these days. We ordered room service for breakfast and got the "seasonal fruit". What arrived was an orange, with the peel still on, sitting on the tray. Not even on it's own plate. No other fruit. Not peeled. I think that just about sums up the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : The Commissary around the corner has AMAZING food and smoothies.
