It is simple, and nice place. Only one stop from Union Station.

It was a little far from station, you should walk around 15 min.

It is simple, cheap, and a good location. It is only one stop from Union Station. And quiet place. But it was a little far from station, you should walk around 15 min. There are nothing around station as like other parts of Washington D.C. You should buy something before you head to the hotel.
