Very good location for Georgetown and Washington, DC. Price is reasonable during the week and possibly a bargain on weekends.
Poorly managed. Said, rather insisted, we had a refrigerator in room but did not (for wife's medication). Threadbare curtains and sofa. Reserved room with 2 beds and "upgraded" to room with one bed and sleeper sofa- not satisfactory for three people.
A nice looking hotel from exterior and very good location, but poorly managed and can't trust front desk staff to deliver room as requested or reserved. Room changed from 2 beds to one with sleeper, poor condition of room and failed to arrange taxi as requested resulting in us not likely to return as a guest.

Great location on M street in Georgetown, close to food, shopping and nightlife... Great value, quaint & comfortable rooms, attentive staff..
