massage chair was INCREDIBLE!
very good staff
good menu, esp. wine selection water pressure in my room a little weak I'd never used Agoda before (or heard of it for that matter) but everything went very smoothly with it. I got a price far below market value, apparently. I really liked the hotel, and after a long day of travel LOVED the massage chair in my room!! Absolutely no complaints; I'd use Agado again and definitely would stay in the Madison again.

Great service, clean and stylish without being too trendy. Gym I could actually have a good work out in. Pleasantly surprised. Would return. Good location - 5 minute walk to metro.

It was the little things - cherry lemonade in the lobby on hot days, chats in the corridor with the cleaning staff, well stocked convenience shop in the hotel, fantastic but reasonably priced restaurant, daily newspaper, coffee machine in the room. The USD 4 charge for room service, on top of tax and tip. This hotel was so perfect for us we extended our stay twice. Its a short walk to the White House and the convenient Washington Metro system. The room was spacious, with coffee machine, luxury toiletries and towels, and an extremely comfortable bed!! Small details added to the stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you need a morning coffee even before you leave the room in the morning this is the place for you!! There is a coffee machine in your room, with each to use sachets of quality coffee, even decaffeinated coffee and green tea options!! It was a blessing after weeks of Starbucks elsewhere!!
