Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. shampoo and soap. Location, cleanness, friendly staff.
free wifi internet is extremely slow which is operated by at&t. the tv is very old, but the programs are good, included HBO.
Compared with the room and the photo shows on the guide book, it was a little bit disappointed. However, the friendly staffs, quiet room and cleaned room made us feel comfortable. The location is closed to mac pherson square(orange and blue line) and circulator bus stop. However, lack of good internet connection might be a big problem for business travelers.

Beautiful Lobby and very friendly employees. Room were very clean and comfortable.
Non that I could tell except soda mechine did not work on 6th floor.
It was our first stay in DC and we were there to meet with family on holiday from England. We had a very good visit in the bar before dinner and employees were friendly. Dinner was excellent and staff friendly. Then night cap in bar. Our room over looked Thomas Circle and it was great. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. If traveling to DC again I would choose to stay at the Washington Plaza Hotel again. It is close to Union Station and other things to do and visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : My daughter in law and I were only there over night to see family visiting from England. We were only a mile from Union Station. Our family was there for a week and had a great visit to all the sights around town. When we left we spent 3 hours at Union Station taking pictures and shopping and eating before catching our train home.

Within walking distance to the White House, Washington Monument and many great restaurants.
The hotel is very out dated, and the rooms are very very small. The atmosphere when walking down the room corridor is that of being in an apartment building.
The hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep but was definetly not a luxury hotel room. While the room was very small the staff seemed very friendly. Room was clean. For next time I would spend a few extra dollars and try another hotel however if I had to would stay at this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : White House and Washington Monument are all within walking distance.

Breakfast species is relatively small, it can be increased more Asian Breakfast
Location can be very convenient to visit Washington, DC, nearby supermarker easy to buy things. Clean the house, warm and thoughtful and professional services, which are I would like to once again live in this hotel. Just do not like breakfast, too greasy, not suitable for Asians to eat. In short, a pretty good hotel.

comfort cleanliness convenient location
Hotel made a good impression from the outset, a large lounge respectable, friendly and prudent personnel, many elevators. All the formalities have taken the move in a few minutes. Number pleased even more. Spacious room, large bathroom with bath, a pile of towels and hygiene kits. Room was clean All were harvested and replenished in a timely manner. The presence of coffee machines and a set of coffee, tea with sugar and cream will make your stay at the hotel more comfortable. It was convenient and climate control. Despite the cold weather, the room can be heated quickly and easily adjust the temperature as needed. Probably not enough room, only the second chair Yes. I can imagine how it would be great at the hotel in the summer when you can enjoy the swimming pool. We must also note the location and excellent hotel, all the major sights-ness were within walking distance.

Is good value at this price in the U.S.
All include a few minutes walk away. Not disabled to live at all. The price is resourceful. When you go to Washington, this hotel is the future you want.
