outdated & overrated
Location, Location, Location
This is an outdated musty smelling hotel that is in desperate need of an upgrade. The food (that I hardly touched and left on plate) here is very below standard for a hotel that claims to 4 star. I did pass on some constructive criticism but that fell on deaf ears and no discount was offered. I will never stay here again!

Supply of apples, clean linen & good air conditioning.
Slightly disappointed with poor WiFi in the bedroom, had to use it outside or in the lobby. Telephone not working. Safe deposit not working! My early email request sent to hotel was not responded!

Not a good check-in.
Location, Staff Performance, Good Breakfast Menu.
At check-in we were informed that our SUPERIOR HARBOUR VIEW ROOM was not available but we would be given a upgraded room instead.If this room was upgraded it was not recent, and it overlooked the rear car-park. This would not have been the FIRST CLASS RECEPTION STAFF who caused this problem, it would be by the direction of MANAGEMENT.The food/dining was good but the EVENING DINNER menu left itself a bit short. It is disappointing when you do not get the room that you have booked.
