Looks nice till you get to your room

Breakfast
5.7
The room was old and in disrepair. Spider webs on the balcony and poorly maintained. Curtains were worn and the roof had many cracks and holes from dampness. It was also increably noisy and we barely got any sleep. For $300 per night it was a disgrace and very disappointing. Staff were nice and breakfast sensational. Stay somewhere else is my advise.

This hotel is getting tired - poor maintenance

Location and not much else
6
Their not spending on maintenance: none of the lift indicators worked, so when some kids played with the buttons in the lobby and two lifts arrived, no-one could tell which lift was going up or down. The lift lights were out on most floors. The fridge in our room was heating the contents. The clock had scrambled digits. The air conditioner was either too hot or too cold - it seemed to take 10 degree leaps from one setting to the next.
