Poor staff attitude
Check-in: Had to wait until 3pm Breakfast: Insufficient staff to handle and clear tables. Staff were clearly against each other. Some pretending to work, others work grudgingly as need to man the counter and clear tables. You hear knocking sounds of plates and utensils as clearing as if underpaid or overworked. Food crumbs purposely swept to the floor. Old lady at egg counter had issues with another Bangladeshi collegue teasing her. Staff seems to be quarelling rather than working together. Milk glass dirty. Management should go to the ground and experience the kind of rubbish you put us thru from check-in to breakfast. The biggest problem is not whether the facilities are good or not - your staff are NOT even trying. Should fire the hiring manager.
