Amazing View!!!
Hotel has a very beautiful view. Food are tasty. Hotel service is poor. We did not have towels in our room when we check in. we informed it to room service and waited almost 4hrs to receive it. Other than that everything is OK. Hotel has a beautiful view. It’s Amazing!!

Most beautiful located and designed hotel
The location, the views, the contemporary architecture, all is fantastic. The staff is very nice, but a bit sleepy and details are sometimes missing. But overall I definitely would return to this hotel when I'm in Nuwera Elya or the valley under Ramboda

Untrained staff/ not much for the vegeterians
I had ordered milk tea and coffee from room service, the order was served after half an hour, in addition was given without the milk, had to make two calls and wait for another 15 mins before the milk was served, at the end had a cold tea/coffee. Secondly not much food options for vegetarians. With such a lovely location and being a tourist route, the service could be much better.

Dont waste your money here
the view.
It was a very unpleasant stay. Rooms don't have AC so it is very warm until past mid-night, we had to ask for fans. We didn't have most of the facilities promised on the hotel website so it is very disappointing and misleading. When I asked the manager about the fridge in the room, his reply was the fridge was moved to another hotel in their chain. I am trying to seek compensation for not receiving what was promised. The room floors are very dirty and sticky. They just dont do a good job there. Support staff are good and friendly like most other Sri Lankan hotel but this hotel is under very bad management. It is a pity because the location is fabulous. I hope they do a good cleanup of managers and things improve for the better. Food was yummy but no variety. There are no name-tags for the food so it was hard to know what is what. Again.. the management have not done the basics. Unfortunately I wont be going back and I recommend you to only visit here for a meal or coffee unless things dramatically change.

Bad experience
Scenery. Beautiful lobby. Good location.
Food - only get to choose how your egg be done for breakfast. Dinner was ok. Room - bad. Crack window and many ants. Requested to change room but got rejected saying no room. Insisted to talk to manager and manage to look at few rooms before deciding which one to talk. Felt cheated. Another room there was lizard. Finally selected the room and house keeping spray room with insecticide which we basically breath the whole night as it's evening by the we check into room and not able to open balcony window as there were already many insects outside trying to fly in. Nearly fall as floor is oily due to insecticide sprayed. Bed - extra bed was cracked and mouldy. Main bed frame was dirty and stained. Scenery and lobby - beautiful. Suggest to go there for photo taking and meal and move on. Will not go back there again.
