Nice hotel but small rooms
Location was very good easy access to mrt. Club lounge was excellent and service very hood
We liked the hotel for its position close to the mrt . The club lounge and pool were very good and worth the extra $90 pet night. However, the rooms were very small as was the bathroom. Ok if you were on your own but much too small for two people . Also don't buy a beer in the cafe $16.50 for a small bottle of kronenborg!

Poor housekeeping standards
Solely the location
Room cleanliness is very poor in particular bathroom shower. Replenishment of amenities is inconsistent reflecting training and supervision. No one seem to be checking rooms both occupied and checkout. And please don't insult your guests by sending a few pieces of fruits assuming this would change the impression of an angry guest. My safe battery was totally flat upon check in. It was clear cafe was outsourced but the service staff including a black jacket lady were indifferent and lack basic service sense. Sad! Last but not least...please don't nickel and diming your guests....must you charge 30 cents a local call?! Hope it brings huge profit to your bottom line

The perfect stopover
the room, the club, the staff
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, paying for access to the 22nd floor guest 'club'. The room was tiny, but so well designed, with great 100% glass walls, great view, internal glass, recessed ceiling - it had the feel of being roomier than it in fact is. A beautiful, understated decor. The food at the buffet of the club was pretty ordinary, but the staff were the stars. They couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful and generous. No surliness -all smiles, and one or two of them in particular made five star coffees! Highly recommend this hotel for purposes like ours: a two-night recovery after a hectic holiday in Europe. We'll be hoping to stay there again.

Decent Hotel
Excellent Location
It was our first time staying in this hotel. Apart from the bare reception, the room was decent and comfortable. The bathroom was relatively small but so were most Singapore hotels. Sleep was good as the mattress was comfortable. Location wise, it was great. There's MRT at the doorstep, and next to a couple of malls. We did not check out the breakfast though.

2nd visit at Oasia for staycation
Location, privacy and room comfort.
Celebrated my friend's birthday with a staycation at Oasia. It was a pleasant stay but as compared to my previous visit, it could have been better. Staff were friendly and service was good. Despite mixing up a few 'surprise' arrangements, they did their best to rectify with warm gestures and service recovery.
