A Hotel in a Strategic Location, That's it :)
Location, Club Pool on 22nd Fl, and Service
My partner and I stayed for 4 days in the hotel, spending our new years eve. I should have booked a room in Marina Bay Area to really enjoyed the firework of New Year in Singapore :) However, Oasia hotel located right above the Novena MRT so you could get to the hotel easily using MRT at its time of operation. The room is small. Nothing so fancy. I like the bed, the Nespresso machine, and the bathroom glass design. But other than that, I think the size of the room is too small for a Club Benefit, only 25sqm. I felt that the service from all the staffs I met was good. They are friendly and we're willing to help. But the breakfast choice for Club Room guests were sooo limited. Not something I expect from a 4-star hotel. If you are looking for a hotel nearby Novena Hospital, this is might be a good option. But if you are looking for a hotel where you should spend your holiday with your loved ones, You will regret your decision.

Disappointing Service
Great rooms, cleanliness but disappointing service
We booked a club room which comes with complimentary snacks and drinks at the Lvl 22 Lounge. Because I did not bother to change the number of occupants to 2 when I made the booking through Agoda (Agoda charges by room and the room was for two anyway), the hotel took it to mean that only 1 person was occupying the room and the complimentary services were therefore for only. No one bothered to inform us this, even though there were obviously two of us at check-in. Nothing was also said when we were briefed about the complimentary services at check-in, nor when we ordered the drinks. So as you can imagine, it's certainly not the most pleasant experience to realise that you were charged only at check-out. Would have expected better from a four-star hotel in Singapore, from Far East no less.

We got our bookings thru agora website.I wanted an upgrade to club room but was higher than agreed thru Agoda .Paid the extra anyway.Don't upgrade to club unless you are going to be in hotel from 6pm -8pm. where there is free drinks and finger food. Breakfast does not have bigger selection.We did not use all our benefits for club and if you have guests for those hours.drinks are expensive.Was charged $67 extra for 3 beers and 2 cocktails.Overall it was not a bad stay.We were there for 3 nights.

Very comfortable stay. Never ate the food inhouse given the outside choices. Undercover walk to MRT from the hotel lift - about 100m. My only gripe was the bed (not the most comfortable) and lack of PowerPoint in bathroom. Would stay here again.
