A great stay at a very well priced hotel
Location, Staff, Price
Our stay at the ocean walk in was fantastic. Very friendly helpful staff and a price that would be very hard to beat!

Nice hotel for the money.
Room size, staff (except the lazy Australian desk person/bartender), and $.50 beer at the bar.
Great time - the room was huge and the beer was cheap ($.50) at the bar. The only downside was the lazy, brown-nosing Australian that worked the bar (sometimes) and slept at the front desk. Classic bogan.

Nice beds
Good location
What can i say, Falty towers in Shianoukville! The western people (Mathew and the Australian girl) is the only one in this hotel that have a clue how to run a hotel! The ladyboy/gayman Charlie (Manuel) is way to outspoken, but ofcourse he is only a little boy (girl)! Mathews women (Sybil) have a bad attitude and prefer to painting her nails than to be serviceminded! In my room only 1 of 4 lamps worked, in my friends no one worked! The rooms are dampd and invaded by ants who eats your sweets and food! The cleaning is medioker and only been done when you ask for it!

Badly rundown hotel, indifferent service
A very disappointing stay at this hotel, not the standard I was expecting and certainly no where near a "deluxe" room. The whole place was run down, grubby and grimey, uncared for, dirty. The room was very large, no shelves, hooks or storage facilities in the bathroom, the sink tap filthy, wires hanging over the mirror, poor quality bed sheets, 3 misshapen wire hangers in a wardrobe, no room service whatsoever during my stay, dirty floors, curtains in the hallway hanging in shreds like string. The whole place looked as though it needed a good spring clean and makeover. Opposite what must be the most noisiest bar in Sihanoukville. Sorry but unable to recommend this hotel, sadly the manager seemed oblivious to it all.
