clean, staff and breakfast

Nice clean room

Room was rather too warm and we didn't find any way to cool it down at night but that's the only fault. We didn't eat there or use the facilities but it looked ok.

Very good

Spa, location to the exhibition, linens
It was alright except that room is not very well cleaned everyday though linen is excellent. Breakfast is expensive considering the rate of the room is also very high.

Clean friendly relaxing hotel

room, pool and relaxing atmosphere
We had a fabulous stay- the staff were friendly and efficient staff and the junior suite room perfect for me and my two teenage daughters - and with windows you can actually open! The pool/jacuzzi was small but perfect for relaxation..especially combined with the steam room. The whole hotel was extremely clean and well maintained and the ice water machine perfect for cooling us down after a long day sight seeing. The metro is about a five minute walk and we recommend L'olivier restaurant a couple of mins away for lovely pasta, pizza and puds. There are also small supermarkets and shops and other restaurants nearby.

Great hotel for the bucks

Room, pool, staff
We were two adults with two kids (9 and 11) from Norway. We booked a junior suite which was small but VERY nice with one double-bed in one room, and a sofa/double bed for the kids in the adjacent room. If needed, the door can be closed between the rooms. Very nice shower, bathtube and toilet in three seperat rooms. Nice designer Hans Grohe armatur by-the-way. The hotel has also a very nice swimmingpool with a jacuzzi area as part of the swimmingpool, including a small waterfall and bubbles and water jetstreams placed in different parts of the pool. The kids loved it, and they wanted to spend more time here than in other places of Paris. The swimmingpoolarea also included a small training room and a massageroom. The receptionists were surprisingly fluent in English and very helpful. THANK YOU GUYS. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and popular among the guests, which actually became a problem during the busiest breakfasthours around 8 o'clock. Not enough seatings, even though the hotel have a very nice breakfast patio outside too. The staff also had problem refilling utensils, plates and food fast enough during the busiest hours. Seemed like they just ran out of clean plates and utensils all the time and could not make/prepare new food fast enough. But exept for this, the breakfast was very good/nice and we bought it as extra every day. The hotel is situated only 3-4 minutes from a Metropolitation station for Line 12, and with the well planned sub connections in Paris with Connections and trains going like every 4-5 minutes, you can get nearly anywhere. The Notre Dame for instance, is only 9 stations away with one change from Line 12 to Line 4 half way, and it cost only Euro 1.7 pr. person if I remember correctly. As a sum up, we were VERY happy with our choice of hotel and room and would like to reccomend Oceania Hotel de Versaille to any one visiting Paris. Best hotellexperience in France so far (third time). Have a nice travel and stay :)

Nice and quiet

Very helpfull english speaking staff, booking tickets for riverboat dinner, ballet and Moulin Rouge.2 min. walk from the metro, line nr 12.A Nice quiet "garden" and pool. 4 min. to Aquaboulevard
We were å bit dissapointed by the room at first, thought it would be bigger. We had their biggest suite, but it did not feel like å suite. We only slept there, and it was suitable for å family of two grown children and two adults. It had two separate bedrooms and showers, one with bouth tub and walkin shower. Nice and clean. We did not have breakfast, it was 17 Euros pr.person and too expencive. We would love to stay at this hotel again. Make sure to visit the Aquabolevard with the largest in,and outdoor aqualand in Europe. Fantastic. Also large gym and restaurants.

Nice, clean and new, but very small rooms

New, clean, nice design
It was a beautiful, new decour. But the rooms were really too small. Absolutely no where to even put your suitcase... and the closet was so tiny that you couldn't unpack your suitcase either. Very cramped. The inside pool area was very cold and the water was very cold as well.

great hotel, great pool

pool, clean, frendley staff
great stay, the only negatives were, distance away from the center, metro transport was great, but 2 sisters together at night, we needed a taxi to get back to the hotel. also there was no kettle in the room, that was the worse. If one could pick up the hotel and place it much nearer the center, it would had been perfect,

expedient and affordable

clean room, friendly front desk, near metro
Convenient to metro and therefore for sightseeing; clean room and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile
