Misleading accommodation

Disappointing... run down and falling apart and had to ask 3 times a day for room to be cleaned before someone actually came (and replaced towels and made bed) the linen was not changed and bathroom was not cleaned... Staff very unhelpful. Only plus about this hotel is location

bad experience

the location
Hotel has lots of steps before you even get into the building, then more steps to the rooms. The room was dirty, tiny and there was no hot water. We had booked a superior room with a Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi never worked, the room was substandard. The breakfast was terrible, in an adjacent store front, poor selection, dirty.
