Excellent Central London Hotel

location --cleanliness and value for money
The Hotel was much better than I anticipated ! -- excellent Room facilities -- very clean and Location just off Oxford Street -- could not want better! --though you have to be fit to climb the several flights of Stairs to get to my Room at the Top of the Hotel ....

The location and the deal on the room
Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. The staff tried to force my fiancée and I into a twin room after booking a double and when searching to find us a double, stopped and served a customer who was simply contemplating staying at the hotel. The room was dirty, wallpaper hanging off, no tea or coffee supplies. The shower head was dangling precariously out of the ceiling, worrying us that it could fall at any moment. You expect noise from the road and that level was acceptable but a large draught came from the windows and you can hear the people talking in the next room. The lamp provided had a European plug ... Avoid this hotel as the staff do not care about issues or complaints. It has a perfect location for Hyde Park and Oxfors street but it is not a pleasant place to stay. Maximum it is a 2 star.

London Stay

Location, quiet,friendly staff
Our stay was what we required we only needed a clean comfortable room centeral for our requirements as we are reasonably fit stairs weren't to much of a problem. Water in room extremely hot so my advice be careful could do with warning stickers. Will use again for this area of London price was good.

Fairly good hotel; no dining

Neat and comfortable
Had the breakfast been included in the price, it would have been better.

Room too small and very noisy

Clean and staff were polite
This cannot be described ASAP 4 star boutique hotel. It is a big house with rooms on 4 steep levels with no lift. Noise from other rooms significant.

the rooms were nothing like it was in the pictures. the room was very dirty and looked more like a prison cell. the décor was old in the whole building. i would never ever stay here again. i would rather stay in a hostel.
