Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Convenient no frill hotel

Centrally located for shopping in the tutuban/divisoria area. Promo rates & Agoda discount make for a fantastic value for money. Best of all, their additional amenities & snack bar are so cheap!
I reserved a deluxe twin room with free breakfast for two and I was charged only P300 per person for the additional company. Not bad. Breakfast for the additional company was P200 per pax. Not bad either. Breakfast was a set menu, so not many choices at all. There's no hotel restaurant; breakfast was room service only. Our room had no coffee table so we had to clear the dresser every time. Some additional requests had minimal fees like P10 for extra pillow. No free coffee but the snack bar was very inexpensive, more like retail grocery prices, far from hotel rates. The turn off was the bathroom stink which smelled of the sewers. Turning on the exhaust fan seemed to aggravate the stink. All in all, our stay was comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced.

Orion Hotel

Clean Room, Friendly and Polite Staff.
Other than the challenge faced in looking for the hotel, everything was good. Nothing to complaint. Must commend all the staff, from security guard to the elevator girl to the receptionist. All of them were so polite and friendly. This hotel is very good if you are in Manila for cheap bargain hunting shopping. Tons of shopping centres around. Cheap, cheap cheap. Be careful though with your valuables.

worst - worst - worst
humanitarian worker i'm , came from tacloban for one night (at 730 arrived in manila) to see off my wife and baby who came from cebu on different flight to go back to home country and obviously celebrate valentine's day (can't say day ) and next day see off them at 11am to check in for 1300 hrs flight. imagine i've selected a budget hotel for this musiness mentioned above . spent on cab to be in orion in three hours so now i'm in orion at down town center at 1030pm. hotel restaurant was closed , shopping malls - restaurants - food places were closed and i' had to take a tricycle to get baby milk in an other one hour ...in the morning left back to airport at 730am and paid again cab charges and that's it. this is how i enjoyed my trip with my beloved on valentine's and seeing off night. not suitable for tourists , airport transits or short stay at manila.
