Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Convenient for my purpose (dental)

Location, food, service
Staff are friendly and helpful, food in restaurant is good, aircon unit is noisy main drawback. Overall suited my requirements well.

Close to airport

Friendly staff, location to airport, security
The surroundings can be a bit alarming, but I felt safe at this hotel with the security. It is close to the Mall of Asia and the airport. The room was very basic and the aircon was very noisy. There was a bright light from the TV that annoyed me all night (tried unplugging it, no luck). The staff was very friendly.

It was very cheap
My stay was only an overnight stop-over. The hotel is fairly old and worn out, however it is relatively functional, very cheap and the shuttle service alone is worth the room price. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very little room for 3 person

Near the airport
The room was very little, the 3 rd ved was only the mattress on the floor.

Very Friendly Staff

Staff, location and Comfy Room
Incredible Staff indeed. They are very helpful and a bit funny (in a good way). The location is near the airport and they are offering free shuttle if you book in agoda. It is also near the major fast food chains in Manila.

Good value for money near airport

Free airport shuttle, wifi in the room, clean
Pros: free airport shuttle, wifi in room, close to the airport, clean, modern enough :), cable tv in bed Cons: bed a bit small for two non affiliated people, neighborhood is ugly, air-con loud, no window Perfect place if you need to be at the airport only. The hotel is 3 km south of the airport, so if you go to Manila/Malls you have to pass the airport. If you want to explore Manila, you might want to stay more centrally, as its nice to take some rest breaks in the hotel. The area near Oyster doesn't invite to walk, but jump in a Taxi and get to Manila downtown. American breakfast (not included) came with 1 slice bread, bacon, egg, no butter, no jam, coffee out of stock. Was able to request for butter, but hungry again after 1 hour...

would not stay there again, it looks a lot better

started with a wait of 20 minutes for the free shuttle bus and when he did turn up he stayed in the bus talking on his mobile until I made my way to the bus then he drove to the hotel while talking on his mobile phone. The receptionist was friendly and good restaurant. The doreman was helpful but expected a good tip as well. The bed was very small and the mini bar was a basket with chips and chocolates in it, NO COLD DRINKS. The receptionist said that what they called a mini bar in the Philippines, what a joke! I will look some where else to stay next time.
