Great location, excellent restaurants nearby

This was a short stay but all was excellent. Staff very helpful especially with directions to get out of Adelaide. Attractive coffee spot with very friendly staff. The location was ideal to be able to walk to some great restaurants and pubs. I would stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel, not the apartments. Got what you need for a short term stay.
Travel tip:
Don't eat in the restaurant. Got the share platter and it was all bought frozen food warmed up. Fried chicken was like eating in a bad KFC.
The restaurant is not nice, not at all.
Luckily there is many good restaurants in the area and a short trip into Central Adelaide.
There is 500 mb free Internet every day, just call the reception to get the daily code. Close to the river.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was good and comfortable,staff were helpful and a daily free apple was the sealer.Reasonably priced bar and decent meals available. ONly negative was it is alittle too far to walk from the city centre but buses are available.

We enjoyed our stay at the Meridian Hotel in Adelaide. Great parking, lovely room which is quiet and very comfortable beds.

Lacks power points for chargers etc
The Executive Room has the hotel's neon sign outside the window so you have to close the blinds
Breakfast Chef completely ignored my requests ie how I wanted it cooked
Air Conditioning noisy and the controls are so worn you can work out how to use it
Poor lighting in room. Needs a desk lamp

staff were friendly, conference rooms, morning and afternoon teas were quite nice, great area of town with all the spring flowers about, easy access to quiet streets and parks to walk or run. lots of restaurants and shops and not a big walk to get into the city centre from the hotel.

Hotel Feature Tip:
Best to avoid getting one half of the adjoining suites as there is very little noise attenuation thru the locked doorway that separates the individual studios.
