Couples New Zealand, January 22, 2013	Dated dirty apartment Comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, friendly, helpful manager. 4.7 Apartment has good bones but it was let down by poor cleaning and maintenance. Although it was older it could easily be brought up to a good, comfortable standard with new curtains, new basin and fresh paint work. Carpet was filthy, basin cracked, several surfaces dirty or dusty.
