wonderful service and lovely location

my partner and i loved staying at the hilton! the ground floor where recepetion is was so grand and professional we felt like millionaires! we stayed on the 7th floor and faced the western suburbs and it was great. unfortunately we didnt have time to see the hotel pool and spa etc as we were there for a wedding, but we will return next time and definitely try them out!!!

our stay was a little relaxing time, time that we needed and had been working so long. The day of travel was long but when we finally go to the hotel everyone was nice and friendly and genuine. Our two nights were great and we got to see all the things that our great city had to offer dining and shopping
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the place is right smack dabb next to the central market and king william street, so many little niche hide outs there. You have to visit one of Adelaide famous pizza and Italian restaurants La Trattoria. There you can dine with the gangsters of yesteryear and order a pizza delievered to your place or hotel in the CBD for free

wanted a familiar and renowned hotel for my 20 yr old daughter to stay alone and she was happy with both the services, facilities and location of Hilton in town. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again!

the hotel is quite good, but i would not rate it a 5 star hotel. the lobby is great, as well as the staff at reception. the rooms are a little outdated, and not necessary value for money. a friend of mine stayed for far less in a similar hotel. the biggest surprise came when i was billed for my 4-day stay directly by the hotel, whilst an agoda voucher was submitted during check-in. i realise that this could have been an honest mistake (and the hotel has indeed apologised for the mistake) it still took 3 weeks to get the refund. unfortunately i will not stay in this hotel again.

we enjoyed the hotel except they
cocked up a tour where we were left waiting for a tour bus that didn't turn up, needless
to say we asked for a full refund which we got after much arguing with front desk as to
who was to blame?. it seems the customer is always wrong! we eventually got our money back and the blame was put on the tour company. Good news except we wasted
half a day seeing nothing, never again we didn't like Adelaide it seems to be stuck in a
1950's time zone.

All was good, very comfortable stay.
room was clean and tidy and the bed was soooo relaxing I wanted to sleep in all day. Nice shower, awesome products complimentary to use also. Big white fluffy robes was an added luxury also
