Excellent location for sightseeing. View from the rooms not appealing. The hotel is well managed and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff is friendly in helpful. The hotel is well located for sightseeing close to the pedestrian zone in the center of town. The view from the rooms in the back of the hotel was not very appealing.

The cleaner entered our room despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door on the day we were checking out. We were not present as we were out for breakfast. Upon our return, she had cleaned the entire room. I reported this to the reception staff who were apologetic but this would definitely put me off ever staying in this hotel again.

What a great service this hotel provides for all age groups. I couldn't fault a thing. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Restaurant Tip : Stanley's is a great seafood restaurant and is worth a trip.

Rooms OK, breakfast good. Ambience outside is not good at night. This hotel is centrally located and useful for shopping, conferences etc. The rooms are fine, and the breakfast is good. However the location, amongst the 24 hr clubs and pubs makes for a slightly unsalubrious experience if going out at night, or even early in the morning as I did for an early morning walk. You need to step over drunks to get to the river!
