Our family enjoyed our stay in IStay Precint. The location is great which is in the heart of the CBD, few walks away to the city center, shops, and restaurants. This service apartment has a good size of living room and kitchen which has everthing that you need if you want to cook. It has an indoor heated pool, Spa and sauna which is great to enjoy and very relaxing after a long day.
Travel tip:
bring you own toilteries (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds) as they are not provided

Great hotel/apartment, big bedrooms, perfect size
Good location, big living areas, close walking distance to most shops & dining, great spa & pool, air con & balcony make for a very relaxing stay. Fully self contained - awesome!!

iStay precinct was a great hotel to stay at.. We have 2 small children (3&1) the staff were very accommodating with directions and anything we needed at all was no trouble. I'd recommend definitely!!

love the place as it has been renovated, great location very near to chinatown so it means very easy to find food, it is a walking distance. the cons about this place were a lot of guests are teenagers and young adults stayed this place as well so they had a lot of party, drunk and sometimes swore a lot. the room that we stayed in had a broken washing machine but it resolved properly as they gave me the key to use the washing machine from another room. but overall it was a nice place, might come back if we go to adelaide again in the future

Great Location near China Town

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment was spacious. I took the advice of the previous reviews, so requested an apartment which was away from the pub area. Therefore the room was quiet and I enjoyed my stay very much. The carpets of the apartment did have a bit sting, but that was just minor and not as terrible as some reviews mentioned. I think that was totally acceptable and the room condition is perfectly ok given the good location and cheap room price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is near to the central bus station so is very convenient to get the coach to different part of Australia. Also it s only 5 min walk to china town and central market. You can find a lot of fresh food in the market nearby.

Hotel Feature Tip:
There are 2 buildings. If you plan to use the pool, you should request to stay in the building where the pool is otherwise you'll have to go outside to access the pool...cold in the winter!!!
