Andrew M. Couples New Zealand, May 19, 2013	Nice hotel, but a noise problem Light, clean, comfortable 7.7 This is a nice apartment, not brand new but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, the tenant in the apartment below created a lot of noise: music to 1 am, loud shouting/arguments and singing.

Couples Singapore, May 10, 2013	it was ok. not great, but location is good. location, privacy, space 4.3 I did not feel the money paid justified the unit we stayed in, as the apartment is quite used in term of wear and tear. There were lots of things that the owner will need to fix or repair, eg. the front door ledge, the hood in the kitchen is not working. windows were dirty. The rooms smelled from previous stay. The parquet floor needs a fresh quote of lacquer and polish. The utensils, crockery and appliances in the ktichen are quite run down or old. Amenities were not provided thus it did not fully justify this self contained apartment. Nevertheless, the apartment is spacious, nicely located and very secluded.
