Bedrooms were a good size with a nice lounge/dinning area and kitchen. Apartment was light and clean
Travel tip:
Parking a large 4WD would be difficult in peak times as underground parking was designed for small cars

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, the apartment was newly renovated, we loved everything in the apartment, it got cooking facilities, washing machine and dryer, we really felt we were at home, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

This hotel is delightful in a pretty location with restaurants just around the corner serving delicious food. Very good feature is the free secure undercover parking. Our rooms were superb and spacious and the bed most comfortable, we were upgraded on our arrival. The staff are all very friendly and most helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Would have been delightful for one person, or a couple. We stayed (2 adults) with one in bedroom ; the other on sofa bed in main room. This proved to be overly cramped, which is understandable. The parking in basement, with secure access, was a bonus.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Wandering around this area of Nth Adelaide, and surrounding parklands, is delightful.

Good location and well-presented room
Very clean room, comfortable king-size bed, good information folder provided, close to nice eateries, shops and parks.

i only stayed for one night but had an overall restful stay. check-in was smooth and although i had trouble with my key not working in the door, it was sorted out quickly and politely. the self-contained one bedroom unit had everything i needed, and the bed was very comfortable. the leafy courtyard is a pleasant space.
con: the noise-proofing isn't great - noise carries through from the concrete-floored stairwell areas into the rooms, and i could hear the people in the next room through the wall.
Restaurant Tip:
Rather than order the more expensive inhouse Indian food, walk the 2 mins to the Monsoon Indian Restaurant on Melbourne St and order there (much cheaper) as they provide the Indian food for the Old Lion anyway.

Receptionist are not helpful, there are no elevator in the building so if you have a lot of luggage you have to climb the stairs.
