Well located;

Nice staff We booked 2 nights in the Mercure hotel. The key to our room was given to us when we arrived even though it was before the official check-in time but we were shocked to discover a very tiny room with a ridiculously small bathroom. We complained at the reception until they were tired of us and upgraded us to another room for free (it is a shame to charge the price they do for the small room we were intially supposed to have). This other room was very spacious and we enjoyed it.
The hotel is very well located in the city centre, near the railway station, restaurants and shops. There is also a mc donald not far for those who want to log on the internet without paying the high fees the hotel charges.

Center of City. Close to Rundle Mall, Railway Station and the tram. Also just opposite of casino. No view at all. The shower was weak. We stayed 2 nights in Dec. The location is in the centre of city. Few minutes walker to Rundle Mall and just opposite of the Casino. Also, free shuttle bus just outside of the hotel that save a lot of walking time. However, the shower was too weak which is not acceptable. Carpark is at the underground which is very convenient.

We got upgraded the next morning as they said there were no other rooms the night before. Not an experience I wish to repeat. I will never stay with this chain of hotel again.
