Would not stay in a room like that offered again, no idea there was any such thing as an economy room??? Read shoe box!!! No air/too hot/no ventilation/couldn't swing a cat. Extremely disappointed - should have requested an upgrade when we saw the room - so some of the blame rests with us.

The hotel is not bad with friendly staffs. Ideally located at North Terrace, easily access to free tram and very close to Rundle Mall (for shopping), Hindley Street (for nightlife)and also casino. The room is not luxury, but at least is comfort and clean.
This hotel has a carpark at the underground. Charged at AUD18 per night. The carpark is quite small. It always has the issue of not enough parking space for hotel guests on the Saturday night. Although the hotel had made arrangement that guests may park at the public carpark located in a small road next to the hotel, I found it not very convenient.
In conclusion, this is a budget hotel that value for money. Would recommend to friends and family.

The bathroom is with cloudy glass. If the one who is going to stay with you in the hotel is your lover would be okay with the bathroom. But, we are a group of friends only, the bathroom make us feel very uncomfortable and without privacy.
Besides that, a few steps would be needed to get to our room. It is quite inconvenient when we are carrying luggage. There are rooms that are no need to walk steps but maybe all of them were fully reserved already.
The location of the hotel is great. It is opposite to the Adelaide railway station and close to the bus stops and Glenelg tram. Room is clean and quite big with refrigerator.

Good hotel on a budget, modern fit out

On the whole the stay was enjoyable and the facilities were good. I found one member of the lobby staff to have issues with communication, and this ultimately resulted in some difficulty in organising my airport shuttle. It was not critical in my case but it highlighted a need to have better trained front-line personnel relating to customer service and communication.

The room and location of the hotel is good. Very comfortable and clean. We were probably in the upgraded room which was great. But, reception staff was not friendly at all when we checked in. We approached a different reception staff when we had problem with the room key and that time round, that staff was okay. In general, as the first person to greet the guests, we expected the reception staff to be warm and friendly.

The best point of this hotel is its location in the CBD of Adelaide near central train station and Tram station. There is only 5 minutes walk to the Rundle mall and Hindley street. it is refurbished recently and is very clean and internal decoration is nice. The great breakfast is served daily at ground floor. The price of minibars are reasonable.
