Spacious and well-appointed apartment, nothing was lacking and service very responsive. Excellent value and convenient location.

Both bedrooms in 2-bedroom unit had 'borrowed' light but no windows to the exterior. First-floor unit, when living area windows open to street, was susceptible to noise and smokers below. Gym equipment was quite limited - really more of an exercise room than a true on-site gym.

This serviced apartment building is well-located and in immaculate condition. Appliances, finishings and furnishings were all comfortable, well chosen and in good working order. Staff were welcoming and responsive - very helpful with advice about the area and in getting small service requests carried out. Excellent bathroom fittings, spacious fridge and a dishwasher all made an apartment stay pleasant - nothing was lacking. Beyond the cons listed, which at worst were annoyances quickly ignored, this was a good stay and a very competitive rate for the quality. Food/Dining rating in this review is not applicable as the hotel does not have a bar or restaurant.

Restaurant Tip : Lots of good choices about 10 mins walk away on Rundle St.
