Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card is required upon check-in. A credit card security bond (pre-authorisation) of AUD $150 is required on arrival to cover any incidental items including (but not limited to): telephone calls, breakage/damages and excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state. Good room for 2 adults and 3 kids

Stay was ok. The hotel had no baggage trolley which is a must when trying to transport 3 children. The reception were very slow at meeting requests to the point that no one came to give us extra towels
