Business travelers Australia, May 03, 2013	Great location, friendly staff The restaurant/bar is absolutely gorgeous, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, and being on Rundle mall is the perfect location 9 I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel itself is a not brand new, but comfortable and inviting. The mini bar even contained my favourite wine! I enjoyed the ease of everything - checking in, a simple yet elegantly presented continental breakfast, drinks at the gorgeous bar with a friend one night, then a friendly check out. Travelling to Adelaide regularly for work and have just booked my second stay here.

Helpful staff 9.7 My stay was extremely comfortable. The staff were very happy to look after my luggage when I arrived much too early for check-in and offered to call me when a room was available, which they did even though it was still earlier than their set check-in time. The room was a very good size and had everything in it I could need. The hotel is located in Rundle Mall which is the main shopping centre in Adelaide and near to North Terrace which I think is the most attractive part of the city. I didn't have a car with me so didn't have to worry about parking which I imagine might be an issue for this hotel as it doesn't have car access with its front door being onto a pedestrian area.

The hotel location is in Rundall Mall so it is close to everywhere specially restaurant and shopping mall. Also close to the taxi rank which is very handy during peak hours.
