We felt the front bar was in need of a 'make over' as was our bathroom area. There was very little "Wow" factor of our room.

The stay was good. Wish they had free Internet. The bathroom was also a dark green which I found awful. The reception was incredib,e though and what looked like the dining room was spectacular.

My husband and I really enjoy staying at a Stamford Hotel. They never disappoint. Very friendly helpful staff. The Stamford Grand is just that, grand. If I had one complaint it is the noise coming from the Bistro/Dining area just at the end of the reception/waiting area.Very very noisey while in repection area whether you are checking in, checking out or just waiting there.
