The room seem a bit small for a family, especially when there's an extra double bed... however the rooms are kept clean and neat... The sheets and covers are changed every 3 days so you need to request if you need them changed sooner, with kids around it is highly likely

Good value for money. The hotel was okay and the room fine. Supermarket and restaurants (including fast food) all within couple of mins walk away. Simple rooms and no cooking facility but clean and tidy if you're out much of the day. Communal clothes washing available thru room service people which was convenient.

The hotel has got free unlimited WiFi. Ample of coffee and tea are provided. Toilet was clean. Glen Osman Rd is well connected with city. Public buses are available once in every 15 min.

we hardly had any time at the hotel as we arrived at midnight and had to leave at 7 am, but i will say that it was easy to get into our hotel after reception had closed. just make sure you call ahead if you will be late because i believe reception closed at 9 pm. the room was large, but bathroom was tiny. it was affordable and met our expectations for our short stay. free wi-fi, but you have to get the passcode from reception, so if you are late, call ahead to get the passcode as well.

the owners manage the property thus they have direct supervision of all services. the surroundings are safe & quiet and the management is pretty keen to preserve this status quo. would not hesitate to recommend.

we arrived earlier than check in but we were allowed to check in anyway which was good after a long drive! rooms pretty standard, but nice and clean. all in all a decent place and good location not too far from the cbd. free parking and wifi too.
