we really enjoyed our stay at the Jenolan Caves House. The best thing was that we could book our caves tours in the morning with no rush of getting there.

Great room, limited dining options.

We stayed in a Classic room over a weekend. The room was very functional and clean with a lovely decor.
Food options were somewhat limited -- the choices were a very expensive hotel restaurant (food quality was mediocre and not worth the expense), or fairly bad pub food at the bistro next door (also expensive).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do an adventure cave! It was the best part of the trip.

Very enjoyable stay, step back in time!

We stayed in a standard room with en-suite - room was fine, be prepared for the fact it is like stepping back in time (no TV for example)
We had a lovely stay, and very much enjoyed the cave tours - both led and self guided, and the walks available.
The food options are limited, and some overpriced.
