We were extremely disappointed in our choice of hotel for our stay in Brisbane. the room we were allocated was dirty when we arrived. Most surfaces were covered in a film of dust or grime. The towels were grey and gave the appearance of not being washed well. Crockery and cutlery were left out on an open shelf which was filthy, and one of the bowls still had water in it.
whe we asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, we were tol that the room is only serviced every second day, so we went to the supermarket and purchased our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. This hotel has definitely been crossed off our list, even though it is close to where family now lives.

Nice hotel to stay for a night.

The reception was accommodating. Booking was easy even though we arrived at half past 10pm. The receptionist waited for us to arrive and our rooms were ready. We were just passing by Brisbane and just needed a room to stay for the night.
Nightlife Tip:
Hamilton hotel is just a block away. Nice pub with good music.

This motel was the worst motel i have ever stayed in.
examples are, headboard on the bed was stuck on with double sided tape, couldn't use the toaster as it was so dirty, no bedside tables, not even a clock,all around the toilet was dirty, and washbasin wasn't much better. This motel needs a total make over.
