The room is big enough, and the staffs are very friendly.
A few minutes walk to supermarket.
Only negative thing was the room especially bathroom was not cleaned up well when we checked in..

Good hotel, well organized.
Very close to city centre.

Standing lamp was not working at arrival. After repair man couldn't fix it, lamp was not replaced.
As it was the midst of summer, a/c in the bedrooms would have been welcome: the sun shone on our side of the building all afternoon.

Stayed 3 days at Frisco Serviced Apartments, the best of all about this apartment is the location. It is a short 10 minutes walk to the Queen Street Malls and 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. This place was quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The free individual parking lot was a plus which had lift bringing you to your apartment levels. Overall would certainly stay at Frisco Apartments for our next visit.

We stayed at the hotel for one week, and were pleased with its location and friendly staffs who made us feel at home. The rooms were kept clean, and the kitchen was well equipped.
The free wi-fi service was definitely a good service. We stopped at Woolworth supermarket almost everyday and felt more than convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment we stayed in was really spacious, clean and nicely furnished. All the appliances were modern and worked well and there is a balcony with a nice view over part of the city. The staff were helpful in letting us into our apartment a little early when we arrived and were horribly jet lagged. There is a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes walk and it's also easy to walk into the city center for restaurants/shops etc. All in all, we were very impressed and had a lovely stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lone Pine Koala sanctuary was great, especially for kids. You can have a cuddle with a Koala plus see loads of other animals like wombats, kangaroos, cassowaries etc. There's also a pleasant boat trip to get there. Beware that the Lonely Planet guide doesn't make it clear that the boat leaves from the south side of the river near Victoria bridge.
