Location location location.
Old hotel, very pathetic gym. NO swimming pool!
the only reason you'd wanna stay here is because of the location. Just next to Roma Station which is an interchange for many destinations including the airport. The room is clean and but it's old, with squeaky air conditioning. States that there is a pool, but it was two small jacuzzi's instead. The gym is absolutely pathetic. Choose somewhere else with this price range, unless you're just in for the easy location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the airtrain to a from the airport. Stops rite at roma station where Holiday Inn is.

Close to towncenter and communication to airport. Good rooms.
Building noise. Surondings not so good. A bit noise in the park beside.
A good hotel, whith good service from deskfrontpersonal. Rooms big and clean. Just now surronding with muck noise from the building area close to. The park beside is a place for poor people whith alcoholic problem. To go there in the evening wasn´t so good.It was very good whith the train station to airport just 2 minutes from the hotel. Even thr short walkway to the towncenter.
Shopping Tip : Close to the hotel is very good shopping.

The location is the best pros of this hotel, it is just next to transit centre.
the card key was not good to be read well. every time when you need to use lift or unlock the room, have to scan more than a couple of times.
The most impressive thing for this hotel was location. it is in the heart of CBD, and there are shops around open 24 hours. some staff are alright, but one of the female staff was business like and never smiled to guests. the most bothering me was keys. They gave me 2 card keys, but it seems not properly working, once in 5 times works. this key case not only happened to me, but I also saw some other customers were struggling to use the keys.
Shopping Tip : there is seven-eleven convenience store just at the corner. they open 24hours/7days it is good to have this shop around.
furthermore, there are a couple of conform pubs as well.
