It was a 8/10 in total, When my girlfriend and I checked in, We were checked into someone else's room. We opened the door to meet someone else, so it was unprofessional.
They acknowledged there mistake which is always good but nevertheless its not a good thing.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not too bad overall.

Excellent position for St Andrew's Hospital

Only chose the Hotel for its close proximity to St Andrews Hospital where my mother in law was having an operation. Unfortunately my room was close to the lift so it was a bit noisy both late at night and early in the morning. Preferred my other night in Ruth Fairfax House, where for a similar price I had a large apartment to myself! (Google it!).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for a room away from the lifts!

Had a pleasant stay at the Chancellor in Brisbane - you're staff are very welcoming and happy which always makes you feel at home. Great food, and the rooms were lovely.

Thanks very much for the stay. The staff were great and very helpful. It was a busy time for them as it was the day of the most recent flooding, they were helpful and gave us a discount for breakfast so we could get out of Brisbane before it flooded. Thank you
