Only 10 mins walk from the train station, Queen Street Mall, Southbank Precinct, Art Gallery of QLD/MoMA and Museums.
Customer service could have been better.
Room could have been cleaner (the carpet and blanket had stains, cutlery was wiped instead of being washed).
If you're looking for a place that's a close walk to the main attractions, restaurants and train station then this hotel is sufficient.

it is a very simple hotel. no comfort. The rooms are very noisy. If the other room make noise you hear it very easy. But the price is ok for the location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the otherside of the river. Very nice pools

The location is good and the room is clean.
Not every room offers WIFI.
It's located in downtown. You can walk to the shopping center within 5~10 mins. Around the hotel, there are convenient stores and restaurants. Everything is very convenient! Even though its in downtown, it's not noisy, which is good. The price is ok, too. If I come to Brisbane again, Ibis Hotel will be my first choice.
Nightlife Tip : There's a famous club called "Family" in China Town. The music is mostly trance and house.
