Good price, nice hotel!
Very friendly, helpful staff. Great room, I stayed on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. Room Serivce & Breakfast were yummy!

Lovely hotel at top of hill

Modern hotel within15 minutes walking distance to city centre - however the hotel is pitched at the top of a hill. Room was reasonably sized but we like the 2 double beds which is good for family traveling with children. We arrived about 7.30pm at the hotel and had to borrow the trolley to bring our luggages up to the room as only one receptionist was on duty.
Restaurant Tip:
Good Indian restaurant just round the corner from the hotel.

Good hotel with a great location

We stayed at the Hotel Urban for 3 nights. The hotel itself is very nice looking and the room we were given was enormous with a very large balcony.
The best thing about this hotel has to be its location. It is a short walk, about 5 minutes, to the nearest train station and only 10 minutes to the center so its an ideal base for exploring the city.
If we every return to Brisbane we would definitely stay here again.

lovely walk by the river many things to see. lots of nice bars and restaurants on the south side of the river.
plenty of shops all within walking distance

Open bar, full mini bar fridge with the works. Besides missing a bottle opener (which we were able to obtain from reception), it was a flawless stay.
Comfortable, yet modern enough to make it feel fancy (thought it wasn't really)

we chose this place as we wanted to visit the ekka show for the year. good location and we merely took a short taxi ride to the show ground as well as chinatown for dinner.
the hotel staff was helpful to allow me to use their printer to print out our ekka show tix.
overall, we had a pleasant stay.
if there is one thing to comment, the carpark was quite challenging for a big car and we have to pay for parking there.

loved this hotel! the beds were amazingly comfy, pillows were fluffy and we had real doonas not just a blanket. hats off to hotel urban, they have a great concept and their staff are lovely too!
