Great location but not a great place so beware

This is not set up as a hotel or even serviced apartment rather it is empty apartments with surplus furniture for short term rental - despite it being a 'heritage' building it lacked any charm and had the feel of a backpacker inn - the views were non existent, the apartment was old the furnishings sparse and grubby and the towels had holes in - we had a patio which could not be used because it was so grubby and the lack of signage on the building meant we wandered around trying to find a way in

a wonderful place to stay. it's like you've stumbled upon a miracle apartment. inexpensive (via agoda) and luxurious. stayed in the two bedroom apartment and used it as a place to get the groomsmen ready for a wedding. full amenities in the most central of locations.

The parking is on the lowest floor. Keep going down and through all the gates.

This fantastic Historic Building is in the centre of Brisbane, making it close to transport, shopping and the casino and a nice walk to the man made beach at South bank. The 1 Bedroom apartment we had was a good size and had everything we needed for our week stay.

The two room apartment is typical apartment with full facilities such as washing machine, dryer, iron and etc. Great for family and can easily accommodiate family of four.
